what do you call a psychologist/psychiatrist who works with the police, CSI and track down criminals? what are they called? and when the criminal is caught, they have an alone time interview and stuff like that... "what made you commit this crime?"

First, they are call "crimnal psychologist." Any one on one conversation is only illegal and impermissable when the defendant asks for his attorney without saying anything further, or his rights were read to him and he continues to talk. P.S. People generlly comit crimes for greed.
