make hair thin and soft?

how can i make my hair thinner and softer? thin and soft like a dog fur.cuz my is thick.i tried conditioning but i dont think they'll work.pls tell me how.im a 15yrs old boy.

I don't know if you can make your hair less coarse without getting sick... but you can help soften your hair by using conditioner. It also helps if you're drinking enough water. Drink plenty of water.

You can get your hair "thinned-out" with special scissors when you get a haircut... this is if your hair is too full.
