Is the Spear of Destiny aka The Spear of Longinus a real holy relic? Is it mentioned in the Bible? If it is mentioned in the Bible did it really kill Jesus in his crucifiction?

No, It did not kill Jesus, it showed by the using of it that Jesus was already dead - His blood had already separated - water and blood.

I believe that it existed, and may still exist, but it does not really mean good things! The reports I got on it is that once it leaves your possession, you are going to die!

It was rumored that Hitler was possessed by demons who inhabited him after he caught up to it and spent a night with it. He came out a changed man the morning after.

It is also rumored to be not in existence any more. I cannot really believe that. I think that if a person really has it, or a government, it's in their best interest to keep it hidden, lest others come after it.

The Roman litmus test for death was shoving a spear in the person's side.
