Your clothes are in shreds, she's kissing you to deflate your lungs, and the air conditioner just kicked on in the middle of winter? Dead giveaway.
More to the point... women have a vast array of signs, ranging from subtle to neon obvious, and every one uses them differently. Eye contact is a favorite; a particularly radiant smile that just won't turn off; body stance is somehow inviting; positioned closer to you than most people would be, but you don't mind; casual contact; rapt attention (you are in total focus for her). And many others, some that arrived telegraphed, others that are not volitional (if her aromatic pheromones show up and are a match for you, you're sunk). It's a fascinating phenomenon to study and a gonzo delight to experience (if wanted; unwanted just feels weird).

Easy. They usually bite their lip or occasionally twirl their hair. They look at you with Epoxy Eyes! lol. Or they lick their lips. This is only if the girl wants to guy to be aware of how turned-on she is. "Normal" people...who actually don't or are not trying to have you notice are much harder to read, but still possible. They look at you long with "googly eyes" and then when you look at them they quickly move their eyes away. They blush when you talk to them or they let their mouth drop slowly without knowing it. They often get distracted by YOU!
