it often seems so. I think people with cash think they do not need God. Jesus pointed out how hard it is for a rich man to reach heaven harder than for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle

It depends, some country or some parts of the world..such as philipines and America..the poor people seems to be more religious than richer people..this,is based with sciencetology ,athiest belief that they hanged to after they become rich or famous...they started to forget about the after life and God and starting to think only about wealth and money ..that's what happened to people that are always easy and rich in all of aspects in their life

but in some other countries, like mine..or in some part in other world...or community...rich people tend to be more respectful to God and become humble..this happened because they believe God is the one who gave them the wealth and healthy and richness of money and so on.. . . . .

I'm not rich, and I'm not "religious." But to answer the obvious, yes, you are right. Poverty does tend to make people more "superstitious" and "vain" to seek out religion as an avenue "out" of their plight with a belief in "God."

I think so. Isn't Bill Gates, Ted Turner and Warren Buffet all atheists? At least atheists seem to have higher propensity to become billionaires. =P

It does seem to work out that way...I think it is harder for those who have all they need in life, to realize they need a Savior..Poor people have to depend on God for everything,,,Rich people depend on him for nothing...so they don't realize they need a Savior. Sometime you have to come to the end of your rope, to call out to God.

Rich people have a tendency to rely upon their money rather than upon God. Therefore they never get to know Him well.

I always figured it was the other way around. People who have always had money never had a reason to question god. No reason to ask the "why did this happen to me?" question. but i suppose it is probably pretty equal.
