I'm not going to say my weight or any of that junk, but I need to lose weight and it's really hard to exercise. When I run or over exert myself, I can't catch my breath, as I'm gasping I wheeze, I get stiff, and it feels like all of my insides are being squeezed to the point it hurts. And my puffer really doesn't help. I need some suggestions on some good ways to lose the fat without passing out and/or having an asthma attack. Got any?

I agree with freshbliss, that you should tell your doctor that your inhaler doesn't work for you. I had an inhaler that didn't do anything for me. I switched to a new one and it works pretty well, I still have trouble running but I can do almost everything else now.

For workouts, you need to try to do less cardio and more weight training and toning. Cardio is important because it keeps your heart healthy, but until you get a better inhaler, try things like yoga and pilates. They are both very good calorie burners, but shouldn't be hard on your lungs. Weight training is good too, because more muscle mass means higher metabolism.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If your inhaler is not working, speak to your doctor. There is big push among doctors very recently to make sure that they are treating asthma correctly. - In large part because they have found that there are so many people with uncontrolled asthma.

I would suggest that you speak to your doctor about better controlling your condition - because its really difficult to lose weight without excercise - not impossible, but much harder.

Well, I understand it is hard for you, but what about just WALKING every morning. I suggest taking it slow at first so you don't push yourself so start with a quick walk around your block, then eventually you will be up to 45-60 minutes. My friend and I walk every morning for 45 minutes(which we started out slow, too) and she has lost over 60 lbs!!!!

Good luck!
