They give a phone # under 'contact us' which I used when I wanted to downgrade my service. It was quickly done. First check under 'contact us' to see if they give you that option or look under 'your account' - but you've probably already done that.

Canceling a Paid or Trial Subscription
You can cancel your membership online at any time by clicking here and proceeding through the steps as prompted. In general, you can also process the cancellation request from any page on our site by following these steps:
1.Log in to your account on the Ancestry website
2.Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page
3.On the following page, locate the Subscription Options section on the right
4.Click the Cancel link within the Subscription Options section
5.Continue to follow the steps described online to complete the cancellation
Note: To discontinue an Ancestry Magazine subscription please contact member services.
After Cancellation
Ancestry supports members with their family research after they have canceled their paid subscription. If you have canceled, you will continue to have access to a number of the free resources of Ancestry as a registered guest. Among other things, registered guest access includes certain community features such as message boards, a limited number of databases, and the Learning Center. Ancestry told me that they will not delete a file, as this helps them to track who has had free trial, and who has what concerning them, like when you delete a mistake it states that it removes them from your persons profile without removing them from the system. footprints_davis56@yahoo.com
