why did my alram company call randomly and ask us for our passcode to disarm our alarm. does onyone else find this weird?please give many details

You didn't actually fall for that scam did you?

I ride by your house, see the alarm warning sign, jot down your address, look up your phone # on the inet by address, and call to get your code, then return with my moving van.

please list your full name, ssn,dob and credit card numbers so I can verify that you are a real person.

You got to be kidding!!! That is like asking us why your bank keeps calling to verify your account numbers!!! THEY DON"T.
Your alarm co. isn.t going to want to disarm your alarm in the first place and can cut off your service any time they want to in the second. So they sure don't even care what your personal password is in any case.
