my daughter was born on an army base in korea and was a U.S. citizen at birth. She was issued a "certificate of a U.S. citizen born abroad" how does she obtain a copy of this ?

She needs to write to the below address and send them a check or money order in the amount of $30. In her letter she must provide the date of birth, place of birth and the names of her parents:

It was to my belief that your hometown would also have the copy....
