My favorite drinks are listed by the seasons:

In the fall it has to be a warm drink of hot apple cider with a cinnamon stick in the pot.

In the winter it is hot chocolate with either cool whip or marshmellos.

The spring months I love to have lemonade with a lemon.

And of course the summer months have to have a rootbeer float to hit the spot on a warm day. Add a bacon lettuce and tomatoe sandwich to complete it.

Yum Yum its time for lunch.

Milk, especially raw, fresh goat's milk, and fruit juice. My favorites are anything citrus, and aronia berry juice. That is hard to find; the only place I have found it is Trader Joe's. They are full of antioxidants, and a few swallows pack quite a punch. But they're delicious, anyway. I also like herb teas, but don't drink them very often.

Fresca. Sugar free Fresca was the first sugar free soft drink to come on the market about forty years ago. I find it a very refreshing drink.

Dr. Pepper! Unfortunately for me osteoporosis runs in my family and it's not good for my bones. But I'm fueled by the stuff. Pretty much a Dr. Pepper addict. God bless!!
