I doubt that any of the people from the "killed" tribe felt as tho they were being treated very kindly ... or mercifully
I guess "the rules" were different in those days

in the interests of historic perspective, Moses & Co might have been walking around in a tough neighborhood, and maybe, just maybe, their survival would have been threatened if they had not descended to a level of ruthlessness that appears ungodly (sic) when viewed from contemporary standards. "kill every body except the little girls and steal everything they own ... cause we are chosen by god .... even *IF* they were here first and had a valid claim to this life and property ... " (???)
still, it seems to detract a bit from the image of a deity that some like to promote without critical examination.

I am not sure but I think that Moses was in Genesis. And the extra quotes you give were said by Pharaoh.

Don't insult honourable prophets of God. The Bible is CORRUPTED, a Prophet from God would NEVER say something like that.
