Hi, I would like to hear some about the amount excercise for a week or for a month. Also, I cannot do it regularly. Sometimes for 2~3 weeks I cannot do some jogging. Can you recommend me some advice? Thanks .

You can certainly do more walking. Try some weight lifting 3 times, a week, for about 20 minutes.
