not even kidding. a whole half of my tongue is covered in little red and white sores that bleed when i eat. i tried sucking on ice... didn't help. i don't know if i should put aquaphor (the numbing gel for colesores) on it because they might get worse but i need anything at all to ease the pain.

I had this many times before. You just have a severe burn from the heat of the cocoa. (This happened to me twice as worse with extremely hot coffee). It'll be fine. Until it gets better though eat foods such as ice cream or yogurt, or anything that is extremely soft/dissolves in your mouth. Stay away from foods such as chicken or anything thats pretty solid because it can cause you to bleed. The bumps will be there a while, however if you don't cause them to bleed they could disappear within the next week.

Hope this helped, good luck to you.

hold your tongue out, make sure your tongue is completely dry!! then while its still dry, put salt on it and then put the ice cube directly on top of the salt on your tongue. it numbs the pain almost immedietly. it will heal quicker too.
