so there is this guy who likes me and i like him. but we haven't started dating yet and we've liked each other forever. he is transfering schools but he will still be close. from what i here from his friends he talks about me all the time. should i just ask him out or continue waiting to see if he'll ask me out?

If you both like each other so much but have yet to begin dating it sounds as if he is a tad shy. Perhaps you asking him out would be just what he needs, or maybe you should give him some time(though if you have been waiting for a while you should just go for it).

Ok, that sounds really interesting... Well, there are many things that needs to be clear, u know, like how do u know that he loves u? Just because his fren tells u that he everytime talks about u? Also ask urself, is it only the date u r looking for or is it someone u r looking to hook up for the life long? Take care that u r not played upon....

Ok just ask him out already! You could wait but that could be what he's doing just to make sure he won't make himself look stupid or if he's unsure. Guys hate rejection and unless you two have directly said you like each other to each other he could just be scared of you saying no. I say go for it, it sounds like you two would be good if you've liked each other for so long.
