Are you asking where to make the best professional prints, or where you can illegally copy a professional photo?

To answer the first scenario, MPix is pretty good, some Costcos, or you can try your local one-hour lab. If the staff is trained, caring and competent, then they can produce good images.

If you are trying to copy a professional photo , then no reputable photo shop will do that, they are copyright protected and it is against the law. Return to the photographer or studio to order reprints, it's how they make their livelihood.

Sorry that's illegal if they were taken by a professional portrait studio, or a professional photographer, and you can't take them anywhere to be printed as they are copywritten.

EDIT: I am assuming you're referring to printing your own work. If it is someone else's work, they may not allow it...and rightfully so. Unless you have a release from the photographer specifically stating that you have the right to reproduce their images, you really shouldn't be printing them. Most photographers don't allow their clients to reproduce their images.
