In all of the English translations, "In the beginning" are the first three words in every Bible. So yes.

They are the exact english translation from the Hebrew so they SHOULD be the first 3 words in every Bible because they are the CORRECT first 3 words ;)

"In the beginning" are the first words in Genesis, which is the first book in the bible. You have your index and all other good stuff to guide you before that.
