Unless there's another way to get rid of them, because I've tried shampoo's and it doesn't seem to work. I'm worried.

Yes, there are. There is now an injectible product available called Program. It contains a product called lufenuron, which disrupts the development of the flea.

It's given under the skin in the same way as a vaccination injection, and lasts for 6 months.

I'm not 100% sure about price- it's going to vary from place to place, but probably in the region of around $40.

Yes, flea shampoos don't work. But you know that now. Nothing you can buy in a pet store is going to work.

There is a flea injection available for cats, it's called Program. It works for up to six months, but it only sterilises the fleas however (prevents them from laying eggs). It is therefore only a preventative method, or a back up to other flea treatments.

As your cat actually has fleas, you will need a proper spot-on; Frontline, Advantage, Revolution and Advocate are all available at vets, and they all work. They will kill all fleas on your cat within 24 hours and keep the cat protected for at least a month. Get some!

I have never heard of anything like that. But, there is medicine that you can put on them. Also, when i helped give my sister's kitten a flea bath, it worked well. But them we had to pick out all of the dead fleas.
