You need to figure out why you cry. If you can't think of a reason, surround yourself with things that make you happy, and when you get back into the environment where you cry, write down how you feel. Writing down is good for releasing and for reflection in the future.

Take your mind off whatever is making you cry. My suggestion is funny movies or programs . Laughter is the best medicine!

You should also maybe see a doctor if this keeps happening.

It souinds to me like you are suffering from depression. Now don't be scared by that "word". Many people have suffered from depression or a form of it like the billionaire Rockefeller, Abe LIncoln, Patty Duke Astin and Kristy McNichol just to name a few! Depression is an illness just like heart disease or Diabetes and like those two illnesses it can be treated with medication and follow-up trips to the doctor. What you need to do is make an appointment with your doctor and let him/her know what is going on then he/she can advise you if you need to see a psychiatrist or not or maybe just a therapist. Just be open and forthright with your doctor so he/she can help you. I've been there. I know what you are going through. It is scary but let a friend or family member in on what you are going through so you don't have to go it alone.

Good Luck to you!!

just keep crying
why should you stop?
just do what you want to do!
what's wrong if you keep crying?
follow your heart.
I cry almost every day, because it makes feel like i am living, a way to tell my heart that i am living, people will be died if they do not cry.

Stop. I know it sounds stupid/hard for you, but stop, regroup and then what the trigger is. Then stop that too. You may get people who'll say just cheer up, etc, but you know that all people that go about smiling (ie Ned Flanders) are constantly in nice mode because they constantly think nice things. Annoying, aren't they?!
Chin up, eh? Oh, and what is black & white and eats like a horse? A zebra!

Trust me, I know exactly how you feel. You must be really sad. Try to find someone you can talk to. Anyone. And just tell them how you feel. Get it off your chest. And don't worry so much. No matter how much clouds and rain you see, the sun will shine sooner or later.

it is sometimes sign of depression. that is why you should get to doctor and find out. i had a friend that did that alot and she found out she had massive parts of depression its nothing to be ashamed up some have it some don't just take a med and it will be even and you must realize its because you are taking meds to stop it that you are fine and probably can't stop taking them but its worth it i know take care.
