We just brought home another stray and we are not sure what breeds he might have in him. Here are some pics of him and to describe he is medium haired length, would even say short at the moment, he is pretty stocky, black with tan markings and even a little white on his back paws. His brothers and sisters were mostly black with a little white on a few, he was the only one that had tan. He is approximatly 8 weeks old currently about 7lbs, he is extremely dosile but very alert.

For proportions our boxer is 60lbs and about 30inchs tall to his shoulders.

Wow thx for the quick response, I thought he might be a rotti/lab mix myself, we have 2 small children so I was a little concerned if he was but everything I read says proper training and they make a good family dog. We have a few acres we just got for them all so hopefully enough room to run and keep them exercised.

Actually after looking around think maybe the terrier mix might be more likely as the ears look very much like several I have found. Although yes I definatly think rotti in there here is a pic of another rotti and they look almost identical:

I would say definitaly Rottweiler mix, but the other half is a little harder to figure out until it is full grown. You might have part border collie mix from the black and white in the brothers and sisters. But the scrunching of the nose might mean that he is part chow chow. Depending on how big he gets, usually vets can offer a pretty good estimate, you will need to look into breeds that offer that short nose characterisitics with those colors.

ALL OF YOUR DOGS ARE FRIGGIN' CUTE! :) The boxer has such a cute face. xD

I suppose your dog is either a rottweiller/german shepherd mix, just a rottie mix, pure rottie [i doubt it], rottie/collie, rottie/dobie mix....

Lol. xD I try.

He looks like a Rottweiler mix, but puppies are harder to tell. Did you find his mom? She would probably be easier to identify :) He's definitely a cutie pie.

it doesn't look like its a pure breed but it certainly looks like a rottweiler. Puppies are the hardest to tell though. did you find his mom because he kinda looks like a mix of like 3-4 different kinds of breeds. One thing i know though is your puppy is way cute. he looks like hell be a great dog. good luck.
