The tip of my nose is sore. Not the outside or in the nostril, but inside the actual skin. It's sore to the touch, meaning it hurts if I put pressure on it. even gently. The surface of the skin is slightly red. Anyone know?

Either a major pimple is about to sprout, or you have a boil. That would be my guess. If it doesn't go away soon, see your dr.

My guess is that you have a pimple, or are going to have a pimple tomorrow.
It may not be fully formed, with the pus and stuff, but it can be painful.
