I think that is the best thing to do. I don't know if i'm picky about this but I always ike to be "the first" in everything even in dating. Some guys usually run away when they hear a girl say that and those tend to be the jackasses. the guys that save themselves as well tend to be the more delicate and caring ones. So it's your choice. Personally, I think saving yourself for marriage whether you are male or female is the best way to go.

Good for you. You have more willpower than 99% of all the girls out there.
However, this could be a problem. Sex life is still an important factor of a successful marriage. If he's absolutely terrible in bed, you're stuck with him the rest of your life.
On the other hand, it sorts the guys who just want to use you for sex, from the guys who actually care about you. It also makes the relationship worth going through.
It has it's pros and cons. You can decide.

I think it's a great idea to wait until marriage -- it's much more responsible and safe to do that.

If the girl wants to save herself then she should. Saving yourself is a good way to sort out the guys that are just in it for sex.If the guy leaves her because she wouldnt have sex with him then he was just using her.

Carrie, I'm not a guy, but I can tell you that it doesn't matter what "other people" think...it's what the person DECIDES and ADHERES to.
And, just for the record, I applaud her if she decides to keep herself only unto herself until her wedding night.

Its all up to the girl, if thats what she wants to do then go for it, it shouldn't matter what other people think. Don't give into pressure either.
