It's ambiguous since it's depending on which friday you're speaking of.
If btw is this friday, in this week, then you'll say
"il mio compleanno è venerdì" or also "venerdì è il mio compleanno" or "questo venerdì è il mio compleanno".
If on the contrary this birthday falls in a friday but not in this week then you should say "il mio compleanno è di venerdi" or also " il mio compleanno cade di venerdì".
