Tell God that you want to give him your life, invite him into yourself, admit you aren't perfect, ask for forgiveness, tell him you believe that Jesus rose from the grave. mean it
Then you're good, forever.
After that, I'd take advantage of having God in your life, because it's nice. Check in with him from time to time. Try to learn more about him. Pray, talk to other believers.

The life of human is completely a right of Allah, becuase Allah is the one He gave you your life therefore He judge the time of human life completely.
Human have no any right to finish his life, Allah doesn't accept this at all.
Human life is a gift from Allah to live, work, produce, and tour along the land.
Human have to do well and only worship Allah as He say to win Pradise . Paradise can be get fairly from Allah after a life of straight way.

I try to follow in a catholic way I was brought up but I just fall off the path. I follow the ten commandments and thats how I try to stay in God's way. (even though I can't remember them all...//_^) I am a sinner we all are. Don't get mad at me for saying that cause nobody is perfect. But I try to kinda live in his word not all the way though

Pray earnestly to him and ask for wisdom, and that you come to attain accurate knowledge.
Remember 1 Corinthians 15: 33:

Be remorseful of your previous lifestyle that is displeasing to God, and was full of inquity, and be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Take in accurate Bible knowledge daily and continue to ask for guidance from God.
If your heart is in the right place, he'll see it and bless you, but if it's all a smoke screen, he is far away.

just say nice things 2 him... if u say stuff about hate and other stuff thats not good in his eyes, then of course hell send u 2 hell. but ssay nice things 2 him ok? oh and a tip dont listen or do anything that is not good in gods eyes

To give your life to God just pray to him and say something like "God I believe you exist and I know that i"m a sinner and I need your forgiveness... Your son died on the cross for my sins and I want you to be my lord and savior, please come into my heart. Live in me and I give my life to you. "
something like that, use your own words. (their is no special prayer just ask him to be the lord of your life and come live inside of you)
