Tube patch kits are sold at Wal Mart and many other stores. Follow the direction that come with it to repair your flat. If you buy a tube, again available at Wal Mart, I'm sure it's a 20" and is printed right on the tire.

To remove the the wheel. Flip your bike over on the ground. Use a wrench to loosen the axle nut on each side of the rear wheel. Undo the chain from the gear and pull it off the frame. Reverse this to install the wheel once the tube is patched.

the patch kits for rubber inner tubes is at walmart or KMART and all you do it remove the bolts outer then place two handles of two case knives butter knives inside the tire rim and rotate to remove the tire form one side then remove the inner tuber blow it up with the air pump and place under water in the dish pan then place yopur finger over the hole then rub with the abrasive pad on the tube repair can and cut the patch or just place some of the glue on the patch then the hole and wait as it says on the can now place a brick or a heavy phone book on the patch flat for the time for it to set now when dry drain the air out place in the tire then place the handle inside and pop the tire side back in the rim re-enflate and voila done also the replacement tubes are like 6 or 7 dollars

You can buy patches at the store. Walmart, K-mart or a bike shop. I have found it is better to just replace the tube. Replacing the wheel is new category. I would again follow the kind of stores above.

Bike shop...some grocery stores, the occasional hardware store, most department stores...

The same way you would any wheel from any bike...loosen the nuts and slide it free, insert the new wheel (preferably with a tire and tube on the wheel), tighten nuts, test spin to make sure the wheel is reasonably ballanced (adjust as necessary).

Just make sure to be careful with the chain, lest you make a mess. :D
