if he's in any clubs or sports join it with him. have a party and invite him or (if u aren't feeling that bold) his friend so his friend can tag him along. and i see absolutely nothing wrong with your spelling.

Agree to meet at a mutually agreeable time. His academic goals may not agree with yours, and you may be in different level classes even if you are taking the same course. You won't get too far trying to change classes so you can be with your boy-friend; after all you are in school to learn, not to spend your time with your boy-friend.

Try to sit with him at lunch and when you pass him in the hall smile and say hello, soon if you do that enough, he'll think of you as a friend and start talking more and more until he likes you.

Well, you should make the first move. Does he like you back? If he does, then no problem! If he doesn't, then you'll have to be persistent for you to catch his attention.
You could hangout with him sometime and discover what his interests are.

The only way to get him to notice you is to stand out. Definetely smile everytime you see him and DEFINETELY start a conversation at some point if he won't make the point to.
