A pet name is a term of endearment, a sign of affection. It doesn't matter what the nickname is, as long as it's nice and sweet, he likes it, and it's unique to him. I would advise against using a pet name you gave to an ex.

You could go sweet and call him "Snuggle Bunny" or something like that. I think anything can be affectionate without being a "sweet" name. I call mine "Bubba" because he has recently taken up hunting, but it is kind of a joke. He calls me "Bozo" and says it almost overly lovingly.

well its hard to say ... you should have a name that is significant to you and him... like i call my boifriend Rashaad because our favorite movie is ATL... and its something only him and i knew about.... so pick something that has meaning between you two. Just think about it for about something will come to you.

It'd be helpful to know his name. but taking off the last little bit and then adding ie or y will usually work. ex:Zachary becomes Zaccy. Try it out.
