Call Customer Service and have them reset the password. It's easier to fix it than to get someone else to give up theirs and lose their control over their own account to a complete stranger.

This is what I got on www.ancestralquest.com just now when I tried to look someone up (it happened twice, in fact):

"A fatal error has occured:
Can't call method "prepare" without a package or object reference at /home/web/find/admin/GT/SQL/Driver/MYSQL.pm line 36.
Please enable debugging in setup for more details."


I would assume the registration code you need is the one they assigned to you when you registered at their website.
