I, myself have not read the bible yet, but is there anything that states if you were to marry and your spouse were to die, and then remarry to someone else, would you have 2 spouses in heaven?

Nope.

Read "Captain Stormfield's Visit to Heaven". It clears up a lot of questions.

Matthew 22:
23 That same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question.
24 "Teacher," they said, "Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and have children for him.
25 Now there were seven brothers among us. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother.
26 The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh.
27 Finally, the woman died.
28 Now then, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?"
29 Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.
30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.

Actually, no.

One religious sect who did not believe in the future resurrection challenged Jesus by telling a story about a man who was married. The man died childless, and according to the Jewish Law, one of his brothers were to "redeem" the family by having a baby with the wife, but the child would belong to the brother, not to himself (it's about family land inheritance). Well, the 2nd man died also, and having a total of 6 boys in the family, the 3rd, 4th and 5th brother also died without children from this woman. They asked Jesus who she would be married to in the resurrection (remember, they didn't even believe in the resurrection of the saints, so it was just another bogus question to try to entrap Jesus with words!).

The answer Jesus gave in yet another story for another time (when I say story, I don't mean fiction, I just mean an incident that we can discuss and tell about).

The point to what I'm saying is, that whether or not the event actually occurred, or the that the Jews just simply made up the hypothetical question, Jesus indicated that they were wrong.

But the Bible, itself, does not say anything about having more than one spouse in heaven.

I hope this helps.

Jesus directly answers a group of religious leaders on this topic in Luke 20:28-36, which says,

"Teacher," they said, "Moses wrote for us that if a man's brother dies and leaves a wife but no children, the man must marry the widow and have children for his brother. Now there were seven brothers. The first one married a woman and died childless. The second and then the third married her, and in the same way the seven died, leaving no children. Finally, the woman died too. Now then, at the resurrection whose wife will she be, since the seven were married to her?"

Jesus replied, "The people of this age marry and are given in marriage. But those who are considered worthy of taking part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage, and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God's children, since they are children of the resurrection."

If Jesus' answer sounds complicated, here it is in summary: those believing in Christ will be taken to heaven, where there is no marriage. Our spouses will indeed be there, but our relationship to them will be as fellow children of God.

Kind of hard to wrap your mind around, huh?

There is no marriage in Heaven but God wants you to love "everybody" the way you love and treat your spouse. That's one of the lessons in this life, this life is a dress rehearsal for the one that will soon come.

The Bible says we neither marry or get married but we are as the angels in Heaven. Matt 22:30. Our Spiritual life will be so far above this frail human body we have there will be no comparison. If you get to Heaven, Jesus said in John 3:3, Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven, unless you accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour you will not go to Heaven, and an eternity with the devil in a lake of fire doesn't sound to promising, our sins is what keeps us from Heaven but Glory be to Jesus for coming to earth and dieing on a cross for us to wash away our sins, his resurrection from the grave the third day forever opened the door to salvation to all who will believe, to all who will call upon his name, You can right now, you can become born again right now if you are ready to confess your sins and make him Lord of your life, just pray this simple sinners pray of faith, just say Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

When you are in Heaven you are not married to anyone. You remember the people but you don't remember that they were husband, wife, sister, brother, neighbor etc. If someone you know goes to hell instead, I don't think you would even remember them at all. You would miss them and feel sad about them not being there and you are never sad in Heaven.

The reference is Matthew 22:24-30.
Matthew 22:27-30; '...last of all, the woman died. In the resurrection, therefore, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had married her.” But Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures nor the power of God. “For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven."
