Is she hungry? If she is not hungry there is no need to force her to eat something, it will just make her vomit(which will cause all the liquid she drank to be expelled, and she needs liquid more than food). Just keep making her take sips of water every 10-15 minutes so she stays hydrated.
If you do decide to give her crackers, toast, etc and she throws up, then stop giving her food and stick to water. When the nausea subsides than you can give her something to eat.

Try crackers and chicken noddle soup. Jell-O works very well too. Make sure you put a garbage can right next to her. You don't want to have to clean up that smelly mess. Just another tip: if she gets sweaty while she is throwing up, rinse a washcloth under cold water and put it on her face. It will deffinalty help.

Look in the pantry. If they have any canned fruit in HEAVY syrup, open it up, take the fruit out, and have her drink the syrup. Maybe a spoonful at a time. The anti-nausea drug Emetrol is basically the same thing as sugar syrup. If they don't have any, ginger ale or sprite.

Cinnamon toast.
Put cinnamon and sugar on toast and toast in an oven.
Don't give her water. It upsets the stomach more.
Give her soda. Like Sprite or Ginger Ale.

Try some saltines or bread or any cracker really. Some form of sprite is best to drink, but if not available best to stick to water.

I would go with toast or crackers. And Ginger Ale settles the stomach, if you don't have that, try Sprite or 7up.

Try giving her crackers and a clear soda, or toast. If she does not want to eat, my parents always gave us popsicles to keep us hydrated.
