Empirical data please not annecdotal.......

Anyone suggesting that the onus is on the unbeleiver is being absurd... by that standard, beleivers would have to beleive in every single "God" ever thought up if they can't prove Zeus doesn't exist, then Zeus must exist too... This is shear stpudity..

The empirical data we have is that he told us that at the time of the end, those with your views would be in abundance.
Here you are, and there it is.
What has been a continuous source of entertainment for some of us is the fact that those who do not believe in God seem to be addicted to the religion and spirituality section of YA.
The constant presence of you and your contemporaries, is nothing less than astonishing.
Ad naseum you unbelievers stay here and call those of faith stupid ignorant and what not, and yet you still persist in 'forcing your beliefs down our throats'. (Atheist term not ours).
What I have wondered for quite some time, is, how stupid is it for a person to persist in trying to convince people who are so 'empirically' stupid, by the simple reason that their belief in God is baseless and unsubstantiated?
How is it that you so much more educated people can not discern the futility of preaching your life by chance faith to those who believe in a creator?
We're stupid! Remember? You tell us every day!
So by the very fact that you still insist on trying to 'reason' with us, you must be even more pathetic.

(Haha, just playing)

Yes I can. I can sit hear all day, everyday giving you empirical data that proves the existence of God. How about Applied Math? So we will start with Statistics and Probability. The first thing you do is work out, and it can be done, the probability that the Universe is a chance occurrence. Do you want a cheat sheet for the answer? Go and read the Preface\Introduction to a Brief History of Time by Hawkings. In it you will find an approximate calculation of the probability. When you sit and contemplate that in mathematical terms that number essentially represents impossibility in Statistics and Probability you will realize, mathematically speaking, the probability that the Universe is a chance occurrence is so improbable that you must conclude that there is a creator who created the Universe.

Al Quran Al Kareem Al-Baqara (The Cow), Surah 2, Ayat 6

"Behold, as for those who are bent on denying the truth - it is all one to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe."

So after reading all this knowing that I am a Scientist, knowing that I gave you more than what you asked for, using arguably the most absolute of the "Sciences", Mathematics, are you going to let your pride trick you into twisting away from the evidence or are you going to say to yourself "I got the proof I needed and I am going to click on the link".

Aesity means self-existence. Aesity explains the metaphysical nature of God as a purely self-existent being that exists in complete actuality. God is not a being that is created by another god; neither does God create himself into existence. Rather, God has always existed as an unchanging, completely actualized being.

God has his Being of himself and to himself such that he is Absolute being and the definition of existence.
Since God’s essence is his nature and God’s existence is the same as his essence it follows that God is existence.

"Empirical data" what a phrase of crap! Oh, how intellectual!! Empirical data!? Set the b.s. aside! Order can not come into existance from chaos. What came first? the chicken or the egg? there has to be an origin to the existance of matter formulation & the comutation on complex organisms such as your self!!! Only a blind person with no perception what so ever could be fooled into believeing that all this came from nothing!!! You, ourself is the "one iota" of "empirical evidence" that our Creator YAHWEH exists!!! & for the record! Our ignorance of HIM of HIS existance changes nothing!!! That beleif is of no value at all!!!

Cause I feel Him!

just kidding.. that is a stupid reason and i hope no one says that.
Feelings are fleeting and should not found a belief system

Where did a moral standard come from? Is it subjective or objective? Are there absolutes? Should life and law and crimes simply be doing what is seen as right? If that is true then everyone would have a difference of opinion and do differently.
Cut someone in line, and they say that is not fair. But who came up with "fair" or "morals" or the like. Is it just society or was it an original Moral Giver?

I can't produce empirical data which remotely suggests that I exist. ;o)

Of course, that may be because no one has really been that curious about me.

I believe in an imaginary god, and you atheists don't even count it as real belief. That's cause you are opinionated or whatever, oh yeah well whatever, and I'll tell you something else, I really don't give a holy crap. Ha!

Pork Chops I maybe wrong , but do you asks questions about proof of gods existence a lot ?
I am sure I have seen you ask quite a few times.
If I am correct is it because you really are seeking god ?
If so I can put you on to someone who can offer you a bible study which should answer all your questions.
If I am wrong sorry for butting in on your question.

Yes, Since accepting Christ into my life I have never been the same. The way I saw the world and lived my life is totally different and the change came from within and not on my own accord. I am amazed what brings me joy and what I used to like that was of sin and of the world, I now feel sick to think of it.

The Lord has done great things in my life like answering prayer to a specific area in my life and it was answered.

Jesus loves you too and desires you to know Him. If you seek Him and let Him in you will get your proof. Faith is the key.

The Solar System, Earth, biosphere, and humans themselves are all highly-ordered, complex systems that exist in the very narrow range of variability capable of supporting life. This seems to contradict the Law of Entropy and suggests the existence of a higher intelligence orchestrating causality. Therefore, I believe that physical science does suggest the existence of God.
