I'm assuming you mean the elite icing you can get on store bought cakes. You can buy it from pretty much any grocery store's bakery where cakes with that icing are sold. Just go up to the counter where you would normally order your cake and ask them for however much icing you need.

I guess buy it from your local grocery store's bakery.

If they won't sell you any, here's a recipe:

Better Cream Whipped Cake Icing

¼ cup cold water
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. white sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract

Chill mixing bowl and beaters for at least 15 minutes before using. Place water in a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to soften 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin by microwaving for 3 minutes, stirring after every minute. Remove from microwave and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; gelatin must be liquid but not warm when added to cream.

Remove bowl and beaters from refrigerator and pour in cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat together just until beater marks begin to show distinctly. Add gelatin mixture to cream, pouring in a steady stream while beating constantly. Beat until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.

attempt the powdered foodstuff coloring, or the gel form. have self belief me once I say that liquid foodstuff coloring can destroy, a brilliant icing (in specific circumstances it supplies it a bizarre style and it may destroy the consistency). Powdered works super nonetheless and that i take advantage of gel once I run out of powdered foodstuff coloring :)
