how to make coffee =]?

Question

i have a coffee maker and the coffe grounds
i just need to know how much coffee grounds and how much water to use..??
i wanna make about 4 cups [[or what ever 4 means [[ on the sid eof the pot]] ]]

got any ideas

Well, this all kind of depends on how strong you like your coffee. Most cans of coffee come with a scoop or tell you directions. The package, too, should tell you, but I guess it might not, too. =)

I like strong coffee, so I would use a little less than 1/8 of a cup for 4 cups - and just double that repeatedly, up to 1/2 cup for 12 cups.

If you want 4 cups, you'll want to fill the pot up to the line where you want with water, then put that water in the maker. Make sure you have coffee filters in the maker as well, when you put the grounds in. =)
