Every person requires a certain amount of sleep and that amount is different, usually between 6 and 9 hours a day. As we grow older it can change. If you sleep more than you need, you can become irritable, a sign of depression. People can start a form of biological depression by sleeping too much. So what you describe is not outside the realm of possibility or necessary strange.

The different styles in sleeping is from your body as it is affected by or controlled by the auras of the people around you. By getting up before six you get your aura rolling before sex has started at home ... oh just my guess of course

I'm the same way... I always said it was because I get too comfortable in bed and oversleeping just makes me want to sleep more.
