Vomiting what I'm pretty sure is fecal matter. All but one are eating, drinking and playing. First shots last week. Could it be parvo?

Whaaa....? Why aren't you at the vets already?!

Faecal matter eh? Let me ask one question - have you seen the puppies poo lately? You need to be aware that it is entirely possible for an animal, or human, to be so constipated that the faeces become backed all the way up their intestines to their stomach, which of course makes them vomit. If this is what's happening to your puppies, they won't be far from death - the one that's stopped eating might be nearer to it than the others.

Take them to a vet this very hour, and never ever post medical questions on Yahoo again. ASK A VET INSTEAD.

Vomiting fecal material would indicate that they are all suffering from bowel obstructions and that is unlikely unless they all ate something completely undigestable or unless they are impacted with worms or something like that. Usually what you see is partially digested food that sort of looks a lot like the commercial puppy foods that are fed in a stool so you might just be seeing upper GI or stomach contents and assuming it is fecal matter. Having all puppies in a litter vomiting is a HUGE red flag -- usually parvo exhibits initially with lethargy, lack of interest in food and/or water and horrible smelling stools and emesis -- basically the parvo virus gets into the vilie of the stomach and replicate rapidly and cause the vili to rupture and the stomach lining to bleed and the pup to bleed out and that blood smell is awful. It could be any number of things but vomiting in a six week old puppy for any reason spells death if not attended to within hours - I mean just barely hours -- they dehydrate very, very fast and that leads to a myriad of symptoms that cascade and cause death very fast. I would suggest you contact the closest emergency veterinary clinic and discuss this with the vet and they will likely want you to bring the pups into the clinic. It could simply be worms or whatever but again, vomiting in puppies equals rapid dehydration and death without immediate intervention.
Good luck.

Not fecal matter unless they have eaten their own poop and throwing it back up. Could be partially digested food. Need to take the one in to the vet if the vomiting continues. It could possibly be parvo if there has been any parvo where you live or it could possibly have been picked up at the vets.

6 weeks is to young for vaccines. Could be a a major reaction. People need to get educated on the dangers of vaccines. You need to take them to the vet. If they are throwing up what smells like fecal matter then there are some serious problems here and you risk losing them if you dont do something about it right now.
Did you give the vaccines yourself or at the vet? I do not know any vets who are vaccinating puppies at 6 weeks anymore. The American Veterinary Association does not recommend it. Do some searches for Vaccines reactions in dogs. Adverse effects of vaccines in puppies...etc. What you will see will shock and horrify you. Have they been wormed?
The one who is not eating is the tip of your iceburg.. they will all go down hill quickly. Could also be Liver shunts.
Could be coccidiosis or giardia too.. In any case, they need the help of a vet NOW.

What are they eating? Could they be eating their own feces? They should be eating puppy food now. Take a stool sample to the vet and get a parvo test done. In the mean time I would give them some pedilyte and rice to help sooth their tummys. I hope they are ok!

I agree it could be parvo. You should be taking to the vet right now. Their immune systems are weak and will not be able to fight it off without antibiotics and possibly and iv. If you cannot get them to the vet right now. I suggest Pedialite or Gatorade in small small doses. Just enough to keep them hydrated.
