Other than the sheer impossibility of getting something that will do that without destroying plumbing fixtures and pipe connections that is a goal that should keep you occupied. Was there a question you forgot to ask that will get you started on that quest?
Did you ever consider how your marvelous ball will pass through the small toilet outlet and still be large enough to ream out tree roots in large main drains? That alone would end the reality of such an invention. If your question was what problems would you face then that is your answer.
