Face it like a spiritual warrior. Meditate/prayer, do mind-body exercises, eat healthy, and search for the best spiritual ideas you can find to guide you. God will be with you, if you try hard. No religion is perfect. Nothing in life is perfect. perfection is not a requirement for things to work. Things can always be made better. Life is a challenge and that is a good thing. Being lazy is not good. We have a good and a moral God, who rewards those who are also good and moral.
God, of course, is the extreme example of a moral being.

Do you pray and shut every thing else out of your mind ? Read the Bible and ask for guidence ?Find a church that teaches the Bible---Word of God even if it isn't of your faith.Keep praying and asking God to help you. Sometimes it doesn't come all at once. It may come to you at different times. When you read the Bible, ask God to reveal things to you. It must be sincere and from the heart. If you have faith then you know God cannot lie and His word says He will be with you till the end of ages. We don't always get what we ask for BUT, we will get what we need. No matter how things look just believe that God is in control and He is with you.

Talk to those more spiritually mature than yourself.
Stay grounded in Scripture.
Do not let emotion rule you, but rest in Truth.
Remain true to whatever the last thing was that you felt was directed from G-d & obey it.
Remember that this, too, will pass. Once the doubt passes, you want to be found faithful.

From 2Corinthians 1

"We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life. Indeed, in our hearts we felt the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers."

With an open mind and enough courage to trust your own senses and treat with reasonable skepticism anyone else who claims to have a "singular truth" of any sort.

Face it with a logical mind.

Use common sense and intelligence and you will be able to clearly see what makes sense and what does not.

Read books on both perspectives. (I'm not talking about the Bible, I'm talking about modern books.)
