I just love ideas like that! Of course you can use the tortilla, just like it is, or warmed. Make seasoning mixture:

1 envelope Fajita Seas. Mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. BBQ spice
1/2 tsp. hot chili powder

Cut into thin strips:

1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast
1 EACH red and green bells
1 onion

Mix seasoning together and set aside. Saute' above 3 ingredients until crisp-tender, about 8-10". Add seas. mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Top tortilla with this mixture. Make dressing:

3/4 cup salsa, 1/3 cup 1000 Island, 2 Tbl. sour cream. Top fajita with dressing. Add some jalapenos if you got 'em, and if you can take it! Yummy!

This can also be served as a Fajita Salad, using lettuce instead of tortilla. Beef can used instead of chicken.

I have used tortillas, flat bread and even bagels to make pizza, they all work like a charm. There is a recipe linked below if you don't have one:

Why couldn't you use a tortilla - whether you leave it flat, like pizza, or roll it up like a traditional fajita.

Enjoy it - however you make it!
