i am not either one but i can do my best if i take my time. i cant believe how far i have come since i was a lot younger.

I would have to say both,but the only thing that I have never tried making is homemade pies,because I am afraid that they won't turn out right. I can bake other things such as cookies,cakes,bread,etc.. I can cook just about anything as long as it is quick and easy because I don't have alot of time to make really fancy dinners because we have very hectic work schedules that require us to work long hours!

I am both. And I, too, have come a long way since my early days. I am very adventurous when it comes to cooking and eating so nothing scares me anymore. I like to put my own twist on recipes and that comes with experience. I use food as my 'medium' as an artist would use paint. I consider myself an artist of sorts.

Well... I just follow recipes. If you follow recipes a lot, you'll come out with your own adjustments. I think it is fun to make everything homemade. Practice makes perfection. You'll learn a lot from recipes...watch food network, too! They'll give you handy tips!
