what are the right words to convince my parent into letting me go to a concert at the hard rock cafe?

OK heres the thing, on november 5 and 6 i there is a charity launch concert for GLOBAL ANGELS im wanting to go and its in times square at the hard rock cafe well my mum was considering me letting me go alone but one problem
there is a bar and my mum(being so OVER-PROTECTIVE) said no how can i still convince them back into letting me go by myself its not like im gonna get drunk and party i mean it's a CHARITY EVENT! so what are the right things to say and the write way to convince them into going to the concert for a good benefit without making worried about the bar Its a concert for providing for the children and im wanting them to understand that so please HELP!

How far away do you live from this concert and how would you be getting there?

Your mom doesn't sound like she is over protective, this is a sick world and there are a lot of people who you can't trust. If anything be grateful that she loves you and cares for your well being.

I should be a pro at this question but im so tired right now. Well start by listing all the pros and cons, be ready to stand behind the cons. A pro would deffintly be that it is a charity event start saying how much that really means and what that says about the people participating, then you could also give them some leeway and say that you will call them every so often to let them know how you are, or you will come home before some time. Another thing could be that you are growing up and would really like to have this opertunity to be free, and how to thank them for letting you go you will work hard the next week. something along thoose lines should pursuade them, make them feel comfortable with the situation. hope that helps, goodluck.

talk to your mom and tell her that you want to go and it is for a good cause since it is charity and that you will stay away from the bar and you will be with your friends while you are at the concert and that you will call her if something goes bad but HOPEFULLY IT WONT and you will call her when you are ready to leave and then you can go home in your vehicale or somebody will pick you up whatever ect... then (ACT AS A ADULT AS YOUR SAYING THIS)!!!!! dont complain and tell her that she could think about it and when she has an awnser then she could tell you( thats what you say to your mom) and BEFORE YOU SAY ALL OF THIS STUFF TELL YOUR MOM NOT TO INTERUPT YOU TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE

You obviously have very caring mom. The best way to insure you are going, is to bite the bullet and tell her to come too. Maybe she can bring a friend to hang out with while you hang out with your friends. You don't have to hold hands. Just chose a spot to meet back up. If she knows how much this means to you, she should be up for it. After all you don't have anything to hide, right?

Just keep bringing up the point that it's a charity event. But if you live far away from New York I don't see how that's a possibilty (...if you were me) I guess it just depends on if you are responsible or not. I really hope you cen go it sounds awesome.
