I would say that probably one of the Middle Eastern countries are the most religious, as Islam is the official religion of the country. China is predominantly non-religious.
There is no way to name every single religion that has ever existed and died out. There are hundreds of thousands of them.
I wouldn't say that a country is peaceful or violent, it depends on the leaders and the majority of the country at the time.
While most Chinese consider themselves "non-religious", the country with the highest number of people who identify as "atheists" is Sweden, I believe.
