Life is unfair. How you handle it depends on your maturity level. Ive never known much of anything that was fair. You learn to deal with it so it doesnt eat you up. You just learn to accept some of it and learn which ones to pick your battles with.

I pause and stop, and remind myself of how lucky I am. Things can be worse, and I need to remember what I may feel is unfair might actually be fair to others.... all in perspective. Then I make myself move on and do something about it if I can. If not, I try to accept it.

The first step is understanding that life is most certainly NOT FAIR and most of the time there is not a damn thing you can do about it.

Next, organize your pressures and problems into 2 categories: Things you can change and Things you CAN'T change.

Work on the things that you can change to improve your situation, and table the things you can't until your situation improves and you can move them to the "Things you can change" category.

Good luck and remember all journeys begin with a single step.

Of course it's unfair.
Life is suffering.
Suffering is caused by material world attachments.
Relief from suffering can only come by separating from material attachments.
Detachment is attained by giving to those whose need is greater than yours.

So I get off my a*s to go do something for some needy person out there and that makes me realize how good I have it.

Life isn't fair unfortunately. You have to keep fighting and move on the best of your capablities. I always try to think of others less fortunate than myself.. and get a reality check that things can always be much worse.. good luck to you.. keep your chin up.. !
