THE EXPANDER WORKS TO MAKE THE BONE THAT HOLD YOUR TEETH WIDER AND HAS NO EFFECT ON THE SHAPE OF YOUR FACE.

it doesnt change the shape of your face it only expands your upper jaw.... thats why its called a expander

I have one right now.. it just expanded your pallet on the roof of your mouth. On some people it does make it easier to breath from their nose.. thats about it.

No, mine didnt. Its just a piece of plastic that they jam down between your teeth to get them to have some space. It didnt hurt for me.

nope. its exapnds ur mouth so that all of ur teeth have space.
