im hopefully going to be running at least an 11 flat in the 100 m by end of highschool, can i run at a lower district college with that?

hmmm some must not realize that in a lower district college ive researched their fastest 400 was like a 52....thats y i think that a 10.5 is not neccesary

An 11 is not going to get you in a college program. You need to be under 10.50 to run at any college level.
Realize that that half second is over 5 meters at the end of the race.

If you can run 11 flat and are a long sprinter then you could have potential in the 400 where you would need to run under 49.

no,,,you need to be faster, there are not many track teams in college, there are many track teams in high school, only the best high school atheletes get to continue running in college. Unless you are a girl, then that 11 would make you an elite runner.
