If you are having a party that involves alcohol and you allow minors, you could be facing charges of contributing to the deliquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to minors, among others.
If you are unknowingly attending a party where there are minors, you may be detained and questioned, but it is not likely that you would be arrested.
The charges comes with the word, "knowingly."
So, if you are at a party and you even suspect there are minors there, advise your host or hostess, and then leave. Protect yourself.

yes you can , you will be the responsible party for the minors . and here is a good question to ask yourself "if i am a legal adult why am I at a party with minors unless it is to send theme home?"

THE QUESTION COULD ARISE WHY ARE YOU HANGING WITH MINORS? ARE YOU THEIR SUPPLIER OF CIGARETTES, SEX, BOOZE?
