I have home premium but I'm thinking of upgrading to ultimate. I really want to know if the upgrade is worth the money. It's pretty high, I think, but if it's a lot better then I might want to get it. I just don't really know anyone who has tried Ultimate as most of my friends are still on XP. Thanks.

Microsoft has announced that they will release Service Pack 1 to Vista in the 1st half of 2008. From what I've read there will be well over 1000 fixes to the OS.
Why not wait and see if you like the Home Edition once the updates are available. Not only that but read up on Ultimate... it's for small businesses and not so much for home users.

Its more for small business with file encrypting and added security with everything that premium has its not really worth it unless you want super security.
