What does it mean when....?

you see people that are now dead but you knew them when they were alive(like loved ones) in your dreams-usually strange ones

ok here's what I saw in my dream and its very rare and weird-- one night when my husband left for work(he has night shifts) I thought he didn't close the front door so I went to close it and suddenly somebody just pushed the door really hard and it my dead grandfather- i was really surprised. So I just stared at him when he opened the dorr- and he said: "I've gone nuts" and that's where my dream ended. I woke up really really horrified and scared and I didn't know what it meant. So can anyone tell me?
