Twitching and vibrating is their dream state, just like us. If she wakes up disoriented or jumps up suddenly, then it's a bad dream. It's best to lightly pet them and talk to them to bring them out of those kinds of dreams.

Nothing is wrong with your cat. It's just her nerves twitching as she sleeps. I wouldn't try waking her up. If she is dreaming about a mouse, she might think you're the mouse and bite you :o).

she could be dreaming she is chasing a mouse or some other animal. This is mostly normal in cats. I have seen mine act like they are running in their sleep. It's cute to watch them.

My dogs does the same thing. They shake, make sounds, eyes rollback in to their head. They are dreaming. I have always heard not to bother them while they are sleeping.
