If you have to cream the butter, eggs, and sugar, all you have to do is use a whisk, or fork if you don't have a whisk. All you are doing is homogenizing the ingredients. If you want to make things easier and somewhat healthier, use a recipe that calls for oil instead of butter. There are some and the product is just as good as the butter recipe. Good luck.

I think you're talking about a stand mixer when you say the creamer machine. Anything you have that will thoroughly mix the "creamed" ingredients together will work with enough "Elbow Grease". Use a whisk, wooden spoon or fork or rotary beater or handheld mixer or whatever you have. Enjoy your dessert!

Don't have an electric mixer? No problem!

Soften the butter, shortening, or margarine and beat it with a fork or whisk until it is really creamy and fluffy, add the sugar one tablespoon at a time til it is all in the fat. Then you beat in the eggs one at a time.

Next help: to sift the flour, stir the flour with a spoon so it has air in it and isn't packed down, spoon it into the measuring cup being careful not to pack it.

Creaming means to beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Do you not have a mixer? If not, use room temperature (really soft) butter and a sturdy spoon or whisk. That's what they did before electricity!
