Its not really my tooth, its my gums. They hurt. I had this before and it went away. Should I just wait. Dont say go to the dentist, they were the ones who did this. Any tips on how to focus on something else, playing videogames helps a little.

rinse your mouth with salt water to help clean out the sore area to prevent infection. Try gently flossing your teeth also. Take a walk or talk to a friend to get ur mind off of it!

Sounds like you can use a miswak! You should be able to find one at a middle eastern place around where you live (or you can go to a middle eastern shop and ask them if they know where you can find one if they don't have it there). These miswak sticks work excellently, and when used on your gums it's a nice gum massage!

The following is an excerpt from an article from the University at Buffalo Reporter:

"Money doesn't grow on trees, but toothbrushes do! At least they do in parts of East Africa and the Middle East, says UB dentist and researcher William Carl. Properly chewed into "brushes" and used correctly, the ends of sticks plucked from the desert's ever-green miswak tree have been effective natural toothbrushes for more than 1,000 years. The sticks contain chemicals that are helpful in fighting oral bacteria associated with dental decay and gum disease."

Also from a different article, "It is concluded that the miswak is more effective than toothbrushing for reducing plaque and gingivitis, when preceded by professional instruction in its correct application. The miswak appeared to be more effective than toothbrushing for removing plaque from the embrasures, thus enhancing interproximal health."

In the United States, a miswak usually costs $1.

If you are in the UK, you can get one for free at this website:

Have you had your teeth cleaned recently? If not you most likely have gingivitis or even gum disease. Regular cleaning are the only way to keep your teeth free of tartar which causes gum sensitivity, inflammation and bleeding. If you are on track with your cleanings, maybe you got a piece of food stuck under your gum or irritated it somehow. The best thing to do keep your teeth very clean and especially FLOSS to help the gums feel better, even if it bleeds you must continue to floss regularly, the bleeding will subside once you've gotten into the habit.

Warm salt water rinses and ibuprofen As long as you are not allergic, you can take 4 tablets of advil to start, then 3 tablets every 6 to 8 hours after that. And it will probably ease up on its own
