I'm not sure if they make it the same now days....but way back when...when I had 'white walls' I used white shoe polish on them. It worked great. I had some of the whitest white walls around. I never did tell anyone else about it back then....you see an old man told me how to do it...now that I'm and old man...lol....I'm telling you.
